This course is developed for giving the fundamental and advanced concepts of finance theory, including goals and governance of firms, financial markets and institutions, time value of money, valuation of bonds and stocks, investment criteria, short-term financial planning, capital structure, payout policy, and working capital management. This course provides an advance knowledge of finance theory and intermediate analytical tools which will be needed for solving practical problems in work environment, and for more advanced finance courses.
